GHK-Cu — Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine copper(II) — is a naturally occurring tripeptide first isolated from human plasma in 1973. Present in the skin at birth, its concentration declines by over 60% between the ages of 20 and 60. With it goes the skin's capacity to repair itself.
